I am interested in using a compaction table to remove air from large drums of molten adhesive. Is this a good solution?

Asked in:

Vibratory tables are the most effective/efficient way of removing air from shipping containers to ensure that you are not paying to ship air. For this application we recommend using a linear non-impacting pneumatic vibrator such as the NTS™ Series to… Learn More

We are looking for a way to get more weight into super sacks. We have just started offering ground peanut hulls in tote bags and are running into weight issues and, like your website states, we are paying to ship air. We are trying to figure out different options on how to solve this issue.

Asked in:

Paying to ship air is a cost many companies overlook and just say it’s the cost of running a business. With the help of a compaction table, this cost can be greatly reduced if not eliminated. For this application we… Learn More

We put herbal tea into bulk bags after blending the teas in-house. We generally use 1,000-liter bulk bags but can only get about 80% full by gravity-filling alone. What product do we need?

Asked in:

Compaction of bulk bags without machine is no easy task due to the size and weight of these bags. For this application we typically use a linear non-impacting pneumatic vibrator such as the NTS™ Series to power a compaction table. … Learn More

We’re looking for a vibration system that can remove air bubbles from casting material in a mold. Do you have a solution?

Asked in:

Settling material in their respective molds is best left to a vibratory table. For this application we recommend using a rotary electric vibrator such as the XHD™ Series to power the vibratory table being used in this application.  In the past… Learn More

We cut a variety of foam shapes for automotive headliners. The foam shapes then drop into stainless hoppers below. Dust and debris from cutting the shapes falls to the bottom of the hopper. I’d like to vibrate the hopper to remove the debris from the shapes, allowing it to fall into a channel in the bottom of the hopper making it easier to remove. Please let me know what products you suggest.

I am looking for a product to compact a 1,700-pound Gaylord of plastic pellets. I would like something that we can put right in-line. What do you recommend?

Asked in:

Having a vibratory compaction table incorporated into your production line is the perfect way to increase the efficiency of your overall process. We would typically recommend using a rotary electric vibrator such as the XHD™ Series to power the compaction table… Learn More

We make artificial flower arrangements and need a vibrating table to settle river rock or small stone in vases during assembly.

Asked in:

Small scale settling applications can be solved efficiently by using one of our compact vibratory tables.  Our NTS™ Series is a Teflon alloyed aluminum non-impacting linear vibrator and is the optimal unit to power a vibratory table for your application. … Learn More

We are interested in a pallet vibrator that would densify coffee grounds into a BIG BAG. The BIG BAG is on a standard pallet. What do you recommend?

Asked in:

Big bag compaction applications are dealt with here daily at Martin Vibration Systems.  We recommend using a linear non-impacting pneumatic vibrator such as the NTS™ Series to power the compaction table.   Depending on how your pallets are currently handled, either… Learn More
