We would like to use a compaction table to vibrate 35-gallon fiber packs of powder coating.

Vibrating fiber packs to settle product and increase shipping capacity is best left to machine.  We would typically recommend using a rotary electric vibrator such as the XHA™ Series to power the compaction table.  You’ll find that a compaction table is the perfect solution for compacting your big bags with very little operator input.  Since each compaction table is designed for the specific application, we will need to know how the fiber packs are handled, and the filled weight of the packs.  When it comes to bulk processing applications for vibrators, we are the industry leader and can help solve your material settling needs.
