We are looking for anti-caking machines. We currently use Vibco products and they are failing. What do you recommend?

Asked in:

With our vibrators being produced overseas, quality and performance are kept in mind throughout the entire manufacturing process. All of our pneumatic vibrators have a three-year manufacturer’s warranty when operated within our recommendation, which no other manufacturer offers. For anti-caking… Learn More

We are a leading detergent manufacturing company. We use airlift to transport detergent powder through an airlift pipe. Due to moisture in the powder, it leads to scaling and choking. We need a vibrating device that can help to continually remove deposits in the airlift pipe. What do you recommend?

Asked in:

Mitigating moist material flow issues is one of the reasons our company’s founder created the industrial ball vibrator. Our NCT line of pneumatic vibrators are the perfect solution for applications that need help initiating flow due to moisture. A rigid… Learn More

Our coffee powder is getting stuck (ratholing) during the bag-filling process. Please help us find a good solution.

Asked in:

Material ratholing in hoppers is one of the main reasons the industrial vibrator was designed. Our NTS line of linear non-impacting pneumatic vibrators are the perfect solution for applications that need help mitigating product flow issues. Mounting one of these… Learn More

I need a vibrator that can sift and break up clumps in oil-rich flour.

Asked in:

Sifting fluid-rich materials is a difficult task for any machine. We would need to know more about the specific application and how the material reacts to certain motions. Please contact one of our Application Engineers at 1-800-477-4634 to further describe… Learn More

We use core bins and the cores are jamming at the chute. Our technicians currently have to manually pull the cores out to keep the flow moving. Do you have a solution?

Asked in:

A little vibration goes a long way in most applications to initiate flow in chutes and/or hoppers. Our NTS™ Series is a teflon alloyed aluminum linear non-impacting pneumatic vibrator and are the perfect solution for applications that need help with… Learn More

We have a small stainless-steel hopper with coconut chunks or coconut jelly that needs to be filled into the gates of a granular filling machine below the hopper. After a while, the material starts to bridge and flow is slowed or obstructed. We believe that agitating the flow with a vibrator would help. What do you suggest?

Asked in:

When products stop flowing through a hopper and production stops, it not only costs the company money, it also costs the company valuable production time. Our NTS™ Series is a Teflon alloyed aluminum non-impacting linear vibrator and is the optimal… Learn More

I have a soft-sided waterproof nylon hopper to hold wood pellets that feed a furnace. The pellets don’t flow well and I’m wondering if you have a vibratory hammer that would work for this application.

Asked in:

Solving material flow issues is our specialty here at Martin Vibration Systems. Our vacuum-mounted NTS linear non-impacting pneumatic vibrators are the perfect solution for applications that cannot have mounts welded to the hopper. The NTS™ Series vibrator is a Teflon… Learn More

We need to unload flint and limestone cars over a bottom drop hole, and we’re looking for a boot lift that will not leak. What do you suggest?

Asked in:

The MARTIN® BOOT-LIFT is the perfect solution for applications where railcars are being unloaded over a bottom drop hole. This product provides a sealed connection between the railcar and the below-grade material handling system for both single and double pocket… Learn More

We manufacture mineral premixes. Our ingredients are stored in overhead bins. These bins can have as much as 200,000 pounds in a single bin. Occasionally, we have bridging issues that requires us to hit on the hopper of the bin with a dead blow hammer. We would like to look into doing this another way to prevent damage to equipment and to reduce potential injuries to employees.

Asked in:

Having personnel repeatedly hit on bins not only causes damage to the bin but will also cause injury to your personnel. Our PKL impactors of products replicate a hammer blow on your bin without causing hammer rash or personnel injuries.… Learn More

I am looking for an industrial vibrator to remove dried ink from the interior wall and floor of empty 55-gallon drums. Please help me choose the best product for this application.

Asked in:

Vibratory tables are the most effective/efficient way of vibrating 55-gallon drums consistently. For this application we recommend using a linear non-impacting pneumatic vibrator such as the NTS™ Series to power a vibratory table.  Since our vibration tables are custom made,… Learn More
