I am designing a coating system with a conveyor that will dip parts into a solution. Once the part is in the solution, I would like the line and part to vibrate in the solution to make sure the part is coated completely. What do you suggest?

Asked in:

Agitation is sometimes needed in order to coat parts completely. In order for both the line and the part to be vibrated in unison, a rigid mounting system between the part and line is needed. Contact one of our Application… Learn More

We need to vibrate viscous material out of small bottles with small holes. What product would be best for this?

Asked in:

Viscous material is one of the more difficult materials to vibrate due to the product responding to extremely high amplitude, high frequency, or a combination of both. Testing with the material would be required before a recommendation could be made.… Learn More

I’d like to use a vibration system on a sticker machine. Please advise.

Asked in:

Adding a vibrator to a production machine can increase efficiency and production rates with minimal effort. Contact one of our Application Engineers at 1-800-477-4634 to discuss your application in more detail in order to receive a recommendation on a guaranteed… Learn More

We fill aerosol cans that require vigorous shaking to mix the product. Currently, we either have people on the filling line pick up the cans and vigorously shake them, or we put cases into a 5-gallon paint shaker and shake them for about 3 minutes. We’d like to automate the shaking in-line during the filling process. Is this something you can help us with?

Asked in:

Using a vibrator to replicate the motion created by manual shaking or using a paint shaker is extremely difficult. Depending on how the product responds to frequency or amplitude would drive our recommendation. Please contact one of our Application Engineers… Learn More

I am interested in using a compaction table to remove air from large drums of molten adhesive. Is this a good solution?

Asked in:

Vibratory tables are the most effective/efficient way of removing air from shipping containers to ensure that you are not paying to ship air. For this application we recommend using a linear non-impacting pneumatic vibrator such as the NTS™ Series to… Learn More

We are a mining company looking to shuttle material from a cooler to a conveyor. Can you help us determine what product(s) we need for this application?

Asked in:

Conveying product using a pneumatic vibrator is a simple yet effective way to accomplish the task at hand. The Martin® E-Z™ Vibratory Feeder is the perfect solution for companies looking to convey products over a specified distance. Depending on the… Learn More

I currently use a stand-up resealable bag to package cookies. The cookies are about the size of a quarter. We bag them in 3 different size configurations. Several acquaintances have vibratory scales and said I should look into one.

Asked in:

Placing a consistent amount of material in packages in a production environment is best left to a machine. The Martin E-Z™ Auto Scoop Filling System is the solution we recommend to companies looking to update their filling processes with automation.… Learn More

We manufacture wrapped saltwater taffy and package it in a variety of stand-up gusseted bags. We’re currently filling the bags by hand and would like an automated solution.

Asked in:

Converting your bagging line from manual loading to an automated system will increase output and reduce the risk of personnel injury from repetitive tasks. The Martin E-Z™ Auto Scoop Filling System is the perfect solution for companies looking to bring… Learn More

I have a customer who is trying to move glass cullet at 50 pph. The material is too large for an auger type feeder arrangement. They want more control of the dosing feeder into a furnace. Please let me know if you can help us on this.

Asked in:

Moving material at a consistent rate is necessary to meet manufacturing process times and to create a uniform product. The Martin® E-Z™ Vibratory Feeder is the perfect solution for companies looking to convey products over a specified distance. The feed… Learn More

I need a product for consistently filling graphite molds with bronze powder.

Asked in:

Consistently filling molds is a tedious task that can increase production times when done by hand and is best left to be done by a machine. The Martin E-Z™ Auto Scoop Filling System is the perfect solution for companies looking… Learn More
