Which vibrator type works best for hopper cleanout?

It depends on the material and equipment. Non-impacting linear vibrators work well for hopper clearing of free-flowing dry residue from bin and hopper walls. Continuous impacting or interval impacting vibrators are better suited for sticky, caked, or heavily adhered materials that require more aggressive material evacuation.
