Special Features

A Precast Concrete manufacturer contacted us to design a custom compaction table that would integrate into a roller conveyor and be used for compacting concrete in molds to assist in his automated manufacturing process.

We provided a turnkey solution that consisted of an Electric Driven Finger Compaction Table With Air Springs, Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyors, a Custom Controller with Integrated VFD and Timer for the vibratory table to insure exact repeatability every batch as well as a Custom Controller for the Conveyors to tie them all together. Our XHD™ Extra Heavy Duty Electric Vibrators were used in a Counter Rotating Orientation to produce true linear vibration.
