We’re looking for a vibration system that can remove air bubbles from casting material in a mold. Do you have a solution?

Settling material in their respective molds is best left to a vibratory table. For this application we recommend using a rotary electric vibrator such as the XHD™ Series to power the vibratory table being used in this application. In the past we have built tables ranging from 12” x 12” to 8’ x 16’ in size, so there is not a mold size too big to vibrate. All we will need from you to generate a quote is the dimensions of the mold, and the weight of the mold empty and full. A variety of examples of this application can be found on our website here.
