Industrial vibration is a highly effective tool that benefits almost every step in the process of manufacturing and packaging food on an industrial scale. Most products require consistently accurate portioning, whether that involves getting the right mix of ingredients in pancake batter, the right amount of cheese on a frozen pizza, or the perfect thickness of glaze on a batch of donuts.
Industrial Vibrators is also a great way to remove bubbles from thick liquids, like molten chocolate. By placing the filled chocolate molds on a compaction table, the vibration pushes the bubbles to the surface, leaving solid chocolate in the mold. Additionally, vibration gently and cleanly removes chocolates from the molds after cooling with no manual labor.
Finally, some granular or powder ingredients can form clumps, especially when exposed to moisture or humidity. Applying vibration to a series of grates with gradually smaller openings from top to bottom is an effective way to break up lumps in bulk solids like salt, ground coffee, or corn meal.
