Portable Vibrator Mounting Systems
 The
MARTIN® WEDGIE™ Portable Vibrator Mounting
System offers a quiet, positive solution for applications
requiring removable vibrators. The inner surface of the patented
vibration shoe is coated with a space-age plastic that transfers
vibration but absorbs noise.
Choose between 3 vibrator types:1.Lube-free,
MARTIN® NTS™ Non-impacting Linear Vibrators.
2. MARTIN® PKL™ Single Impactors for
a hammer-like blow. 3. 115 Volt Micro Electric Vibrators.

Quiet
Noise levels are 60 to 65 dBA, well below regulatory
limits. Special mounting shoe reduces noise levels,yet
transfers vibration efficiently.
Easy On, Easy Off
The vibrator assembly slides over the fixed V-section.
The molded shoe conforms to the V-section. Just
slide it on, vibrate, and slide it off.
Sanitary Design
Special coating systems on the vibrators shed
material build up and won’t flake off. The
MARTIN® WEDGIE™
Mount is fabricated from 304 stainless steel.
