MARTIN^® Engineering's compaction tables and hoppers are of the highest quality, increasing efficiency and substantial savings for the foundry industry. Our foundry equipment include foundry products such as compaction tables, and the patented VIBROTOR^® High-Frequency Roller Vibrators.

The following products are made of the highest quality materials for use in foundry processing:

Compaction Tables - Compaction tables are used to settle, compact and consolidate material. Normally the material is in a container being prepared for shipment. Our compaction tables all custom made and designed specific for the concrete and other foundry related services. Our compaction tables are available with either electric or pneumatic drives. Compaction tables are used for consolidating concrete, refractory materials and poured plastics in molds and forms.

VIBROTOR® High-Frequency Roller Vibrators - VIBROTOR^® High- Frequency, Industrial Roller Vibrators provide the highest force-to-weight ratio available. The high-speed/high-force provides the energy required for the foundry industry. Bins and hoppers that contain high bulk-density materials can easily be evacuated with these units.

Rotary Turbine Vibrators - MARTIN^® NCT™ Turbine Vibrators provide powerful, efficient, rotary vibratory force for activating solids in bins, hoppers, chutes, screens and feeders in the bakery industry. These quiet vibrators are especially suited for fine, dry materials that respond to high- frequency. Parts handling, circuit board manufacturing and bottling plant applications are ideal for the MARTIN^® NCT™ Turbine Vibrator Series.

Ball Vibrators - MARTIN^® Ball Vibrators provide high-frequency vibration at an economical price. The only moving part is a high-grade chrome steel ball. Lubrication, while not required, extends the life of the units. The best uses for this series are small hoppers, parts feeders, chutes and match plates. Lubrication is required. Air consumption for these units is moderate. If the application requires more than 3 hours per day of operation or requires lubrication-free operation, the MARTIN^® NCT™ Turbine Vibrators may be a better choice.
