Application:Compaction of refractory concrete in molds
Dimensions: moulds: 40” x 62” Load: 700 lbs
Special features: Molds with refractory concrete are transported using roller conveyors. The customer wanted a vibrating table with roller conveyors for compaction. We selected a pneumatic vibrator, because it is very efficient and can be easily controlled. Lifting height is recalled and regulated by the control unit in the terminal box.

Application:Compaction of refractory concrete in molds
Dimensions: 40” x 40” Load: 2400 lbs
Special features: This customer needed much force to compact his refractory mass. We used the NTS 50/20 for a load of 2,400 lbs. Solenoid valves are used for controlling the lifting and the vibration.
