Emptying Containers using Vibration

Application:The container is completely emptied from paste.
Dimensions: 45” x 28” Load: 1400 lbs
Special features: When the pneumatic spring bellows are filled with compressed air, the tabletop tilts. The outlet is now at the lowest point due to tilting. The paste flows out of the outlet when vibrated.
On the bottom left in the picture you can see the frequency convertor.
This is necessary to adjust the vibration force.
Otherwise the container may jump too much.
In the middle is the control for the pneumatic spring bellows.
A pressure regulator controls the height of the pneumatic spring bellows.
