Special Features

Molds with refractory concrete are transported using roller conveyors. The customer wanted a vibrating table with roller conveyors for compaction. We selected a pneumatic vibrator, because it is very efficient and can be easily controlled. Lifting height is recalled and regulated by the control unit in the terminal box.

Special Features

his customer needed much force to compact his refractory mass. We used the NTS 50/20 for a load of 2,400 lbs. Solenoid valves are used for controlling the lifting and the vibration.
