Millions of workers are exposed to potentially damaging nois in the workplace each year. According to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, about 30,000,000 US workers are affected.
One way to tackle the noise problem is to replace old vibrators with Martin Vibrations System’s pneumatic turbine vibrators. Our silent turbine vibrators may have a higher initial price than ball and piston vibrators, but cost less in the long run to operate and maintain.
Our vibrators eliminate or reduce noise, reduce the need for constant worker monitoring, and operate well below the threshold for sound under the Hearing Conservation Amendment.

The use of industrial vibrators to enhance the movement and storage of bulk solids has been around since solids were first handled as industrial bulk commodities. Everything from the food you eat, your drinking water, medicines you take and even your home, vibrators played an essential part in the manufacturing of these products.
Industrial vibrators are used in food packaging, chemical, pharmaceutical and even pet food manufacturing. They are used to keep consistent material flow and fill packaging, maintain an even flow which increases production and reduces product loss.
Martin Vibration Systems offers a complete line of vibration solutions including foundry, bakery, chemical, pharmaceutical and railcar to name a few. Our industrial vibrators will reduce noise, lower your energy costs, and lower your overall maintenance costs.

Martin Industrial Vibrators for bins, hoppers and chutes have been specially developed to facilitate flow with all types of materials including aggregate, sand, fine powders, flakes, pills, bottle caps any other material that tends to stick and clog.
To keep the material moving in a bin or hopper, vibration is needed. Vibrators keep the material from sticking and it breaks the bin skin. There are two basic types of industrial vibrators: rotary and linear. Rotary vibrators are characterized by an unbalanced mass rotating around a center point. The result is a centrifugal force output at a given frequency. Rotary vibrators include ball, ring, turbine, and motor-driven eccentric types.
Material flow problems exist for many reasons. It is not an easy task to solve. However, industrial vibrators offer an effective and high value solution. They keep things shaking and flowing.

Problem:
An Illinois Nutraceutical Company had applied a variety of solutions for packaging problems with one of their botanical food supplements with no success. This low-volume, fine and dry ergogenic aid required constant manual manipulation by the assembly workers.
Situation:
The Nutraceutical product would leave small quantities of herbal supplement residue on the processing assembly feeder. Very quickly, this buildup would cause blockage of this very fine, light and dry material.
Solution:
MARTIN® NCB™ Sanitary Ball Vibrators were the perfect high frequency solution for this nutritional supplement packaging blockage. The food-safe sanitary coating and efficient rotary force eliminated the herbal supplement residue buildup.
